Auction enhancements, tech updates and remarketing vehicles fill this month’s issue. Learn where and how to easily update your title handling instructions. COVID-19 DMV closures affect title issuance in some states. Is yours one? 1. Managing Titles & Sales Documents
If you haven’t yet done so, please update your title handling instructions. These important instructions help us get titles to you as quickly and easily as possible. Please follow the Learn More link below, then click Sale Document Instructions to get started.
2. New, Arizona Title Process Changes
Arizona Titles for IAA vehicles listed with “E-Title” will be held electronically and no longer printed automatically at IAA Phoenix or IAA Tucson branches.
3. IAA Branch Updates
ME vehicles sold without titles, hundreds of Enterprise rental and fleet vehicles, and IAA Sioux Falls is relocating April 27.

4. Technology Updates
Have you ever lost out on a great vehicle because your high bid did not meet the seller’s reserve? Our new IAA Manage Offers™ makes that a thing of the past. Now if your high bid does not meet the reserve, you can negotiate directly with sellers – in real-time. Accept, decline or counter offer from any desktop, laptop or mobile device.
We’ve added Custom Jump Bids to our digital auction platform. Jump Bids allow bidders to “jump” the current bid to an amount of their choice, provided it’s higher than the current bid.

Feature Highlight Messages: Sellers can highlight their vehicle’s best features during the digital auction. Seller-selected messages will automatically appear to the bottom-right of the “BID" button when the final countdown begins. Be on the lookout for these messages.
