High performance, powerful engines and cool style vehicles can be found in IAA Dream Rides launching July 27th at 1:00 p.m. ET. New safety vest requirement for Transporters, the IAA UK buyer portal is now available and IAA receives A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau. Don’t forget to stay up to date with COVID-19 special rules and guidelines at all IAA branches.

1. Dream Rides first auction July 27th
We are excited to announce the launch of our Dream Rides auction featuring high-end vehicles, exotic models, and classic cars. We are consolidating these unique vehicles in a single auction for a one of a kind experience making it easier for you to search, bid and buy.
Bi-Weekly auctions start Monday July 27th at 1:00pm ET. More information coming soon.
2. Transporters & Towers | Safety Vest Requirement
Effective Immediately, transporters & towers are required to wear a highly visible safety vest when loading and unloading vehicles at IAA. We ask that you pass this information along to your vehicle transporter.
3. IAA Buyer Portal Launched in the UK
The UK market completed its second technology rollout last week. IAA Buyer Portal leverages our Timed Auction channel platform and is the digital auction site designed for the UK market. It provides buyers a greatly enhanced research, bidding and buying experience. Learn how IAA is reshaping the salvage insdustry in the UK and creating value for our customers.
4. IAA Maintains Better Business Bureau A+ Rating
IAA has again received the highly coveted A+ rating from the BBB by maintaining a higher standard of excellence in areas including customer trust, transparency, honoring promises, fast response and integrity. In alignment with establishing customer trust, IAA has developed the Voice of Customer (VOC) platform that continuously measures and monitors customer satisfaction. Findings are reviewed for potential modifications to products and services.
5. COVID-19 | Face Covering Requirements and Visitors
IAA continues to follow the best practices outlined by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). IAA requires all visitors (Buyers, Customers, Towers, Transports, Owners, etc.) to wear face coverings while in all branches and offices, within the U.S., Canada, and the UK. If unable to wear a face -covering due to a health reason, please call ahead to notify the branch, and the Branch Manager will make the proper arrangements to support and assist accordingly.
In addition, only IAA registered buyers will be allowed to preview vehicles– no visitors at this time. Visit the IAA COVID resources page for more information.
