4. IAA Maintains Better Business Bureau A+ Rating

IAA has again received the highly coveted A+ rating from the BBB by maintaining a higher standard of excellence in areas including customer trust, transparency, honoring promises, fast response and integrity. In alignment with establishing customer trust, IAA has developed the Voice of Customer (VOC) platform that continuously measures and monitors customer satisfaction. Findings are reviewed for potential modifications to products and services.

If unable to wear a face -covering due to a health reason, please call ahead to notify the branch, and the Branch Manager will make the proper arrangements to support and assist accordingly.
