1. IAA Los Angeles South Branch Opens
IAA is increasing its already significant footprint in the Los Angeles market with the opening of the IAA Los Angeles South Branch in Wilmington, CA. This new facility allows IAA to better serve our buyer communities and is the 15th location in California. The IAA Los Angeles South Branch is open for business and IAA will announce an inaugural sale date and time soon. Once the branch is ready for its first sale you can check out IAA’s website for a listing of the branch’s preview and sale days.
2. IAA Anaheim Branch Shifts to Digital-Only Auctions
The IAA Anaheim Branch is hosting digital-only auctions via IAA AuctionNow™ as of Monday, October 12. The IAA AuctionNow platform provides an industry-leading digital-only bidding and buying experience. In-person bidding will no longer be available at the branch, but buyers can bid online at IAAI.com and via our IAA Buyer App. Buyers must be registered online to participate in auctions once these changes take place. For more information on IAA’s digital auction platform visit – IAA AuctionNow.
3. U.S. Patent Office Awards IAA New Patent
As the industry’s technology leader, IAA is continually innovating to provide its buyers and sellers with the best experience possible. The latest evidence of IAA’s technological leadership comes from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, which has awarded IAA a patent for its automation of the tower dispatch process. By automating the towing and dispatch cycle IAA has streamlined the entire vehicle recovery process, saving users time and increasing their ease of use. The patent is the latest example of IAA’s efforts to continually improve the customer experience through seamless, user-friendly technology.
