Redefining Total Loss Claims Services

It’s been a busy year for IAA. We’ve continued to innovate and expand, and we’re able to provide the tools and services insurers need throughout the entire claims lifecycle. President and CEO John Kett takes a look back at 2016 and discusses the path ahead in the coming year.
It has certainly been a busy year at IAA. One of the things I’m most proud of is how we as an organization have evolved from simply waiting for a salvage assignment to being a complete provider of solutions for insurers – from claims triage, to inspection and appraisal, to title procurement and beyond. We’ve continued to innovate, and we’re able to provide the tools and services our customers need throughout the entire total loss claims process.
What we do today transcends the boundaries that defined us in the past. Our evolution will continue in the years ahead with new products and services designed to exceed ever-evolving customer and industry demands. We are excited about the road ahead, about further simplifying and improving total loss claim handling and about growing and being a part of more communities around the country.
We’ve been especially focused on nurturing strategic partnerships and transforming our product offering to be much larger than a salvage auction for our insurance customers. Our innovation shines through with our IAA Total Loss Solutions® product suite, a comprehensive platform designed to speed up the claims process, reduce costs and boost customer satisfaction from first notice of loss (FNOL) to settlement. We added a number of components to IAA Total Loss Solutions over the last 12 months, and we’re only getting started.
But that doesn’t mean that IAA is no longer focused on vehicle auctions. We remain dedicated to cultivating the global marketplace that we’ve developed over the last four decades and connecting the right buyers to the right vehicles – maximizing returns for sellers. I can say that I’m very proud of the progress we’ve made, and about how our auction model, combined with IAA Total Loss Solutions, equates to the highest net economic outcome for our business partners.
