Charity Partner,

As we navigate this unprecedented time, our focus continues to be on the health and safety of the IAA employees and their families but also our charity partners and the communities where we operate. During this time, we are working diligently to ensure the continuity of our business across our family of companies.

We want our charity providers to know that you have our support during these uncertain times.

IAA is also focused on continuing to secure vehicles, inventory and market vehicles, and safely hold our normally scheduled auctions.

Our call center remains fully staffed and operational. We are prepared and ready to handle vehicle donations online or over the phone. We are working closely with our tow truck partners around the country to pick up the donated vehicles at your convenience, while also ensuring safe conditions for the driver and the donor(s). Our vehicle donations require no physical contact. The donor will receive a phone call and a time will be coordinated for the vehicle pickup–our drivers are flexible with timing for pickups. The title and keys can be left in the vehicle so that the tow truck driver can pick up the vehicle on the day that works best for your donor.

Although your non-profit may have worries or concern during this time, the process of vehicle donation has not been affected and serves as a great resource for your fundraising needs.

Our thoughts are with those individuals and families affected by the disease. Our hope remains that our collective, focused attention and swift actions will be part of a positive global effort to greatly slow and potentially halt the spread of the disease. We appreciate your partnership, and thank you for your continued support of the IAA vehicle donation program.

Should you have any questions, please reach out to our Donation Division Management and Sales message center(855) 801-5840 or email donationdivisionmanagement@iaai.com.

Stay safe and healthy,

Corey Kusaba
