Buy Now differs from the usual fast-paced auction process with set reserves and the need for incremental bids, allowing buyers the flexibility to purchase a vehicle for a set price.  

Buy Now inventory sells quickly due to the streamlined process, no auctions, no competition, just straightforward purchasing. Buyers who have Buy Now notifications enabled on the desktop or the IAA Buyer App will be notified via email or mobile notification when a Buy Now salvage vehicle becomes available. The Buy Now price will expire at 8 p.m. the day before the live auction.  

Buy Now salvage vehicles are available across multiple areas of IAAI.com, making it easy for buyers to find and purchase inventory without waiting for an auction. You can access Buy Now listings:

• Directly from the homepage under the Auctions dropdown menu

• On the Vehicle Search page by selecting the Featured Filters at the top

• On individual Vehicle Details Pages, where the Buy Now price is displayed above the Current Bid

• Once a buyer clicks the Confirm Buy Now button, the vehicle is immediately added to the Won Vehicles tab in their Dashboard. This action finalizes the purchase and cannot be canceled. Any attempt to cancel afterward is considered reneging
