Driving Directions

From I-40, take the Castle Hayne exit (exit number 414) and turn West toward Castle Hayne. Continue approx. 1 mile to stop light and turn left onto NC Highway 117/133. Bear right at the next intersection to stay on NC 133 South. Continue 1.5 miles and turn left onto Crowatan Road. Continue past the John Deere repair center and turn left on Madeline Trask Drive. IAA is at the end of the road, on the left.

Branch yards close earlier than the offices to allow extra time for pullout/loading.

Vehicles can be picked up on sale day. For the pick up status of a purchased vehicle, please call 877-272-6665.

Transport drivers and towers are required to wear a highly visible safety vest anytime on IAA property.

IAA loaders are not permitted to lift anything greater than 11,000 lbs. Transporters must have the correct equipment, the qualification to use the equipment and acknowledge they are solely responsible for loading these items.

Purchases must be secured within 5 business days of purchase. If the vehicles are not picked up within this period, IAA will pick up the vehicle and transport it to our nearest facility (standard fees for transportation and storage will apply).
