With convenient payment options from financing to PayPal to paying cash in person, IAA makes it easy to buy your next vehicle at auction. Check our handy chart to find the payment option that's right for you.

Please Note: We do not accept in-person payments at our Buyer Services office (Oak Brook, IL) or our Corporate office (Westchester, IL). Please visit your local branch to make an in-person payment, or choose from one of our convenient online payment options.
In-Branch Payments: Buyers who pay at the Branch with cash, money order, cashiers check or company check will be charged a $20 In-Branch Payment fee.
*MoneyGram Payments: Are only available at U.S. MoneyGram locations. Payments cannot be made at Walmart MoneyGram locations at this time.

How to Pay with MoneyGram
Select MoneyGram: During checkout on IAAI.com, choose MoneyGram as your payment method.
Download your IAA invoice: After selection, download your invoice for payment details.
Visit a MoneyGram location: Bring your invoice to a participating U.S. MoneyGram location (excluding Walmart) to complete your payment.
Once paid, download your IAA receipt and pick up your vehicle.
Transaction Limit: Payments are capped at $9,000 per transaction, but multiple transactions are allowed per day with the exception of CVS and Food Town locations, which have a $2,000 per transaction limit.

Make payments online at IAAI.com and the IAA Buyer App.
To add the secure digital I-Pay payment option to your account:
Provide a Bank Letter from a U.S.-based bank to Buyer Services.
Log in to IAAI.com and go to My Auction Center.
On the ‘Profile’ tab, select Payment Methods.
Select Sign-up for I-Pay.
Enter the required information.
Select Sign Up.
Credit/Debit Cards
- $20,000 for Licensed Business Accounts.
- $2,500 for Public Accounts.

Account Owners can add up to 3 credit/debit cards in My Auction Center on IAAI.com.
Payments can be made on IAAI.com, in the IAA Buyer App, or at an IAA Branch.
To add a credit card payment option to your account:
Contact Buyer Services first to see if you qualify.
Log in to IAAI.com and go to My Auction Center.
On the Profile tab, select Payment Methods and then select Add a Card.
Please Note: The name on all credit/debit cards MUST match the name of the registered buyer. Buyers are prohibited from using third-party credit/debit cards. There is also a processing fee for using credit cards.
Cash/Cash Equivalent
Please Note: Cashier's checks and official bank checks will only be accepted at U.S. branches if the remitter's name on the check matches one of the following: Buyer account name, owner name, employee(s)' name. All checks and money orders should be made payable to Insurance Auto Auctions or IAA.
Please Note: Starting June 1, 2024, IAA will no longer accept USPS® money orders as a form of payment for vehicles and any other fees.

Payments can be made at one of our branch locations, providing a convenient and fast way to pay for your purchases.
Pick-up vehicles immediately when payment is made at an IAA Branch.
Wire Transfer / Account Credit
IMPORTANT: Effective on Sunday, June 1, wire transfers will only be accepted by the registered IAA account owner. No third-party wire transfers will be accepted after that date.
Features and Benefits
Payments have no daily or branch limits/maximums.
Self-service by using the wire transfer funds in your account credit to pay.
To use Wire Transfer and Account Credit as a payment option:
Step 1 – Send Wire Transfer Payment to IAA. Invoices can still be printed during the checkout process and used at your bank to send a wire transfer.
Step 2 - Complete the Wire Transfer form and e-mail it to buyerpayment@iaai.com with a copy of your bank receipt. You will no longer be required to provide stock details only your buyer number.
Step 3 – Once IAA receives it, your payment is posted into your account as IAA Account Credit.
Step 4 – You must then log in and pay for your vehicles online using the Account Credit option during check-out. You will no longer have to wait for IAA to process the payment to individual stock #’s.

To use financing as a payment option:
Select one of our partner companies when you find the best option and then apply for financing to complete the purchase of your IAA vehicle(s).
IAA Buyers who are also AuctionACCESS members can link their accounts for even faster approvals and/or access to already established lines of credit.
Account Credit
Features and Benefits
Payments can be made online with your IAA account credit to quickly pay for inventory, fees or transportation costs.
Account balance is available online at IAAI.com.
To use available Account Credit as a payment option:
Log in to My Auction Center to view available account credit on your dashboard.
Select items ‘To Be Paid’ and proceed to checkout.
Upon checkout, select ‘Account Credit’ as a payment method.
Submit your payment.
